Welcome to IntriFund
IntriFund pays for healthcare for people who cannot afford it. Donors give money, clinics treat patients, and every payment is written to a ledger anyone can check. This guide shows how each person uses the platform, with pictures of the real screens.
What IntriFund is
IntriFund is a healthcare charity platform that works like an insurer. Donors fund programs, such as Medical Mission or Dot Glasses, which gives eyeglasses that adjust themselves to the wearer’s vision. See Programs. People in need apply to become members. A member who has been verified and enrolled in a program is covered for the services that program pays for.
When a member needs care, an accredited clinic or hospital first asks IntriFund whether the person is covered. If the answer is yes, the clinic treats the patient and sends a service request. A manager reviews it. Once the treatment is approved, the clinic is paid from the donated funds.

The four roles
Each role has its own portal, with only the screens that role needs. You sign in once and land in the right place.
How money flows
Money never moves by hand between people. Every movement is a line in a double-entry ledger: one account goes down, another goes up, and the two always match. Donations are held in the donor’s own ledger account. When a manager accepts a service request, the cost is set aside from donor funds. When the treatment is approved, the clinic is paid and the small platform fee is taken.
Donor gives
By card, bank transfer or crypto, into one program.
Donor balance
The gift sits in the donor’s own ledger account.
Funds set aside
A manager accepts a service request. The cost is locked.
Clinic paid
After approval the clinic gets its share, and the platform fee is taken.
Ledger lines are also published to a public blockchain. Only amounts, references and program codes go there, never names or health details. It means nobody, including us, can quietly change the past. Every donation is also matched by the same amount of USDIntrifund tokens, at 1 token for 1 US dollar. Anyone can check an entry on the Transparency page. See Blockchain and tokens for the steps.
How eligibility works
A clinic cannot treat someone and send the bill without proof of cover. The proof is a short eligibility check. The steps below happen in order, and each one creates an identifier you will see in the screens.
Apply
The person registers and sends an application.
APP-Verified
Two reviewers check it. The person becomes a member.
BEN-Covered
The member joins a program and gets cover.
COV-Checked
The clinic checks cover before treating.
EC-Paid
The clinic sends a service request and is paid once it is approved.

Glossary of identifiers
You will meet five codes. Each is a prefix, a dash and six characters that are easy to read out on the phone (no letters that look like numbers). Learn the prefix and you know what a code is.
| Code | Looks like | What it is | Lives for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Application | APP-2J3MZJ | Your membership application. It exists from the moment you start, before you have a Member ID. | Forever. Never reused. |
| Member ID | BEN-P73M0M | You, as a verified member. Clinics use it to find you. | Forever. Issued when you are verified. |
| Coverage ID | COV-4F8H2K | Your cover in one program. One per member and program. | Until the cover ends or is cancelled. |
| Program application | PRG-EWT5HH | Your request to join a program. A new request gets a new number. | Forever. Never reused. |
| Check reference | EC-9Q2M7T | The receipt for one eligibility check. A service request must quote it. | 24 hours. |
